If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jlt@fulhamhomestead.com.au with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
All return or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
