At Just Love Tallow, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. We want you to love your purchase, but we also need to keep things safe and fair for everyone.

Due to hygiene and product safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare items once they have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, but if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

All return or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
