1. Who Can Buy

Our products are available to customers 18 years and older within Australia. If you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian place the order on your behalf.

2. Orders & Availability

Each product is handcrafted in small batches, so availability may vary. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if there’s an issue with stock, pricing, or suspected misuse.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you before processing your order. Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Once your order leaves Fulham Homestead, responsibility transfers to Australia Post. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare items. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded as outlined in our Returns Policy.

6. Product Use & Safety

All Just Love Tallow products are made using natural ingredients. However, please check the ingredient list before use and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. We cannot be held responsible for reactions or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, text, and designs on this website are the property of Just Love Tallow and Fulham Homestead. Please don’t copy or reuse our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in crafting and shipping your products, Just Love Tallow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, postal delays, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

In cases of natural disasters, postal strikes, or other events beyond our control, we’ll communicate promptly and do our best to fulfil orders once normal operations resume.
