How should I store my tallow products?
Keep your products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Pop soaps on a draining soap dish between uses so they last longer, and keep lids on tightly for balms and creams.
Should I patch test before using it?
As with any new skincare product, we recommend testing a small area of skin first, especially if your skin is reactive. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.
Are your products vegan?
Tallow is an animal-derived ingredient, so our tallow soaps and skincare are not vegan.
What is tallow and why use it on your skin?
Tallow is rendered beef fat, a traditional skincare ingredient. Its natural fatty acid profile is similar to the oils found in our own skin, which is why many people find it rich, soft and nourishing. All of our products are made in small batches.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery via Australia Post can take up to 8 days, depending on your location.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your product, simply contact us to arrange a refund or a replacement.
Is this safe for sensitive use?
Yes! Our products are made with simple, natural ingredients — no harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or artificial preservatives. We use premium beef tallow rendered in-house, which is known for being highly compatible with human skin.
Our products are handmade in small batches right here in Australia, so every item gets the care and attention it deserves. That said, as with any skincare product, we recommend:

The Story Behind Just Love Tallow
Just Love Tallow began at our homestead in regional Victoria, surrounded by open paddocks, old sheds, campfires, and a slower way of life. I’m David Hubble, and what started as simple soap making at home slowly grew into a business built on traditional methods, simple ingredients, and honest products.
After becoming frustrated with modern skincare and endless synthetic ingredients, I found myself drawn back to something much older — tallow. Nourishing, time-tested, and beautifully simple. I began experimenting with small batches, learning traditional soap making and refining recipes that genuinely felt good to use every day.
Today, I still render all the tallow myself here at the homestead, slowly and carefully, because quality starts from the very beginning. Every soap, balm, and cream is made in small batches using purposeful ingredients that have stood the test of time.
